Now Playing Utah provides cultural event listings, advertising services, and calendar export partnerships. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Advertising Services

Advertising purchases are subject to availability and approval by Now Playing Utah. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement at our sole discretion. All advertising fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Calendar Export Partnerships

Calendar export partnerships are governed by separate licensing agreements. Annual fees are due in advance and are non-refundable. Event data remains the property of Now Playing Utah and Utah Cultural Alliance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Utah Cultural Alliance and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Now Playing Utah and Utah Cultural Alliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
